This position is an exempt, benefited position with medical insurance, paid vacation and more!Brief Position RequirementsExperience managing a diverse kitchen staff in a restaurant.Purchasing, inventory management & food cost control experienceComputer experience using online purchasing systems, excel and database management Culinary, operational, and management experience.Ability to interact with the general public, guests, supervisors and employees with tact, courtesy and gracious hospitalityAbility to assist with product acquisition and menu developmentAbility to effectively supervise, coordinate and motivate kitchen staff College and/or culinary training and/or extensive cooking and production experienceAbility to effectively manage employee schedules, food orders and food quality, sanitary inspections, and kitchen equipment (including stoves, refrigeration, slicer, knives, and dish machine)Trained and has an updated manager serve safe certificateThis is a full time position This position requires night, weekend, and holiday availability.Excellent opportunity for the right individual, please email your resume.We look forward to hearing from you!
