The Master Plumber is a skilled tradesperson in charge of installing, inspecting, and repairing pipes and plumbing systems to make sure all of a building’s fixtures operate correctly. This position will have the requirement of being a Master Level Plumber with the ability to pull permits. - Minimum 5 years of Plumbing experience preferred.
- Masters Plumbing License.
- Mechanical Aptitude.
- A clean and safe driving record.
- Exceptional customer communication skills.

- An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
- Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
- Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
- Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
- Follow building plans and blueprints.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
- Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Educate customers on residential needs, financial options, and maintenance plans.
- Provide expert technical support for effective problem resolution.
- Exceed revenue goals through adherence to established sales criteria.
- Stay updated on manufacturer products for professionalism and knowledge.
- Diagnose and resolve a range of plumbing issues with appropriate tools.
- Mentor apprentices, contributing to a skilled workforce.
- Actively engage in training sessions to stay current with industry practices.
- Maintain an organized job site and well-inventoried truck for efficiency.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering satisfaction and generating referrals.
- Uphold high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in all interactions.
