Job Description:Job OverviewEbenezer is looking for a Lead Culinary Assistant to join our team at Willows Bend in Fridley, MN! This position is responsible for dining room meal service to residents.This nutrition services schedule includes;
  • 72 hours every two weeks
  • Full time; Day/early evening shift
  • Includes every other weekend & holiday rotation

  • Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting
  • Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction
  • Provides support and direction to Culinary Assistants
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications:
  • less than 1 year of previous experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School or
  • GED
  • 1 year of previous experience
