Seeking a Mainframe Security Analyst to join the Enterprise Infrastructure Group. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining mainframe security procedures and processes using CA Top Secret and related tools. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Client mainframe environment while supporting security for new products and applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain mainframe security procedures using CA Top Secret
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and system programmers to enhance security controls
- Implement and maintain tooling using JCL, Python, REXX
- Troubleshoot access/security issues and provide resolutions
- Perform reporting, data analysis, and audit support for ITSM functions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes and standards
- Participate in on-call rotational 24x7 support
- Strong experience with CA Top Secret security management on z/OS
- Proficiency with JCL, Python, REXX scripting/coding
- Experience with mainframe security procedures and compliance processes
- Familiarity with CA Compliance Manager, CA Cleanup, and related tools
- Cross-platform technical knowledge (MVS, Linux, Unix)
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and troubleshooting in enterprise environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Information Security principles
- Exposure to enterprise reporting and dashboard development
