- Partners with key stakeholders to understand the business needs for people data, analytics and meaningful reporting
- Leads the design and delivery of HRIS reporting systems (Workday); serves as the project manager over any new product modules or HCM systems
- Designs, implements and maintains initiatives that support efficient operations such as employee and manager self-service
- Takes the lead for new product modules around Workday, new functionality and solutions that advance alignment of Workday processes and data with business needs
- Serves as technical point of contact for Workday operational areas and assists troubleshooting technical problems and problem-solving when needed
- Leads the team with upgrades and new releases thinking of proper communication channels for Human Resource partners, employees and managers
- Design training material and partner with HR leadership team to normalize and disseminate
- Maintains a list of Ken Garff Custom Reports and regularly confirms their relevance with stakeholders
- Meets at least monthly with the HR Leadership team to review data, analytics and current reporting tools while discussing future needs and system solutions
- Interacts with senior level executives to proactively promote system and data solutions to HR business challenges providing relevant presentations when needed to support recommendations
- Continually learn the HRIS software using Workday learning and Workday community to help improve the overall Workday experience for the employee
- Bachelor's degree in HR Information Systems, Business, or Human Resources; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive Workday experience.
- Integration experience heavily preferred.
- Strong project management skills (5 plus years) to lead and manage multiple projects at the design and implementation level
