Unparalleled Service isn't just a part of our mission statement at Seminole Gaming; it's a commitment to each and every one of our current and future Guests.ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Production Manager this team member’s duties include, but not limited to maintaining and operating all Live & Portable Audio/Video equipment on the property. They must also possess good communication skills to effectively work with fellow co-workers, outside vendors and local entertainers, as well as guests.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Live Sound Venues for the property and troubleshoot malfunctions and/or audio & video shorts when necessary
  • Stage Management and Production for the Live Entertainment throughout the property.
  • Produce and schedule all live entertainment in a timely manner throughout casino for marketing promotions and special events.
  • Ability to assist local entertainers with sound before and after their scheduled performance time as needed.
  • Must possess good communication skills to effectively work with fellow co-workers, outside vendors and local entertainers, as well as guests.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.Ability to read and understand all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures.Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.Must be able to complete standard Seminole Tribe of Florida forms and reports.Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.Must be able to function in non-standard situations where some judgment must be exercise.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, the ability to conduct effective internet research. The ability to understand and read basic CADD drawings is recommended but not required.Must apply for, obtain and remain eligible for the appropriate Seminole Tribal Gaming License.High School Diploma, GED or trade school certificate required, and 1 – 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an incumbent to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires frequent standing, walking, and some sitting. Must be able to reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required for this position including good close, distance, color and peripheral vision and depth perception.Work Environment:
  • May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.

  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
