
Tennis Assistant

- Assist in developing and maintaining facility operations manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Report incidents or accidents to Tennis Director or Facility Manager.
- Help prepare monthly client reports and submit paperwork and financial reports as required.
- Support routine facility maintenance, preventative upkeep, and repair.
- Maintain inventory of tennis supplies, equipment, and products.
- Write articles or press releases for the facility as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings and training to understand services, programs, and products.
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on guest feedback.
- Monitor facility access and enforce guest rules and fee collection.
- Maintain deep knowledge of tennis game techniques and teaching methods.
- Keep courts and surrounding areas clean and patrolled throughout the day.
- Manage court reservation system to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Provide instructional services: private, semi-private lessons, group clinics, team coaching, tactics, and strategy.
- Assist in coordinating social and competitive tennis events, including tournaments.
- Implement tennis programs for adults and juniors.
- Help oversee pro shop and retail functions when applicable.
- Submit lesson and sales documentation to Tennis Director or Facility Director.
- Maintain an attractive and current tennis bulletin board.
- Attend staff and facility meetings.
- Promote tennis facilities and amenities to potential members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Flexible work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Frequent active positions: walking, jogging, running.
- Use of hands/fingers for operating equipment.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
