In this role you will facilitate calls to educate our customers on the types of services & solutions we provide as well as our service model. Additionally, you will be a key component to the management of the daily schedule. Listening to customers and helping them solve their problems is the objective. Matching the right craftsmen with the right customer is key to a successful customer journey.

- Maintain customer information and schedule work within the Service Titan CRM system, Service Titan is a huge PLUS.
- Give detailed information so the Craftsman has a very good idea of the tasks within the job prior to the night before call.
- Check in on job details as they come in from the field.
- Handle re-scheduling as directed from the field.
- Continually checking the answer service emails for calls that may have slipped in during other conversations.
- Return all phone calls within the day.
- Solve operational problems as they happen.
- All office to client communication including phone calls, letters, and follow up.
- High school diploma or GED
- Adaptive to technology- experience with email and MS Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great multitasking and prioritization skills
