- Constructing the rough frame of modular buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Installing joists, studs, flashing, and securing structural supports
- Completing finish work such as moldings and interior fixtures
- Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings for commercial and residential modular buildings
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license with clean record
- Must have at least 4 years of prior experience
- Proficient in the safe use of various electric, gas-powered, and battery-operated power tools (scissor lifts, ladders, pneumatic nail guns, Skil saws, Sawzalls, panel saws, grinders, drills)
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings for commercial and residential modular buildings
- Extensive construction knowledge
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Strong organizational skills and ability to read blueprints
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50-80 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
