  • Engage proactively with prospective and current customers to identify their insurance needs

  • Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details
  • Collaborate with the agency team to achieve individual and agency sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License
