- Complete assigned Quality Inspection, Testing, and Audits, in a timely manner, to ensure compliance with Quality Requirements.
- Operate common inspection and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gages, as well as other specialized inspection and measurement equipment, such as Comparators, Hardness Testers, and Torque/Tension Machine, as applicable.
- Perform inspection and testing to support completion.
- Read and understand company and customer drawings.
- Read and understand Customer and industry specifications and standards, as applicable.
- Provide other Testing and Inspection, as directed.
- Interact positively with and support other company departments, as necessary, to support the needs of the Business.
- Prepare Quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing Quality and production data.
- Participate in problem-solving teams, as necessary.
- Follow Work Instructions and comply with company Policies and Procedures.
- Always behave in a safe and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Demonstrate a cooperative attitude toward other employees and keep a mind-set that always considers the best long-term interests of the company.
- Other duties, as assigned by the Quality Manager.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Experience with basic measurement tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Gages)
- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fastener experience
