The Director of Customer Success will oversee a growing team and be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value. This leader will develop scalable processes, enhance the customer journey, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Customer Success team
- Own customer retention, satisfaction (CSAT), and lifetime value metrics
- Design and implement scalable onboarding, support, and engagement processes
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to drive improvements across the business
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve the customer experience
- Develop playbooks, success metrics, and performance KPIs
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving KPIs
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM, support platforms, and customer journey analytics
