Headquartered in Long Beach, they’re known for innovation, fast growth, and a passionate customer base. As they scale, they’re seeking a seasoned Director of Customer Success to lead their post-sale experience and retention strategy.About the Role:
The Director of Customer Success will oversee a growing team and be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value. This leader will develop scalable processes, enhance the customer journey, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Customer Success team
  • Own customer retention, satisfaction (CSAT), and lifetime value metrics
  • Design and implement scalable onboarding, support, and engagement processes
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to drive improvements across the business
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve the customer experience
  • Develop playbooks, success metrics, and performance KPIs
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving KPIs
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM, support platforms, and customer journey analytics
