Wastewater Project ManagerMinnesota | Direct Hire | $109-160kWe are partnering with a nationally recognized general contractor looking to expand their presence in the water/wastewater sector. They deliver projects up to $15M (and larger complex scopes) with a reputation for quality, innovation, and safety. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with career stability and upward growth.Wastewater PM Key Responsibilities· Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on water/wastewater treatment and utility systems.· Manage budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost controls.· Oversee scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.· Maintain strong client, engineer, and trade partner relationships.· Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards on every project.Wastewater PM Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).· 6+ years of project management experience with water/wastewater or heavy civil projects valued at $5M+.· Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar project software.· OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).· Strong leadership and communication skills.Compensation & Benefits· Salary: $109,000 – $179,000, based on experience.· Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO/holidays, tuition assistance, HSA/FSA, vehicle allowance, and more.This is a great opportunity to join a contractor that offers career stability, internal growth paths, and the ability to lead significant projects without being lost in the shuffle.
