As a CNC Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality plastic fabrication and distribution work. You'll work with industry-leading equipment—routers, saws, compressors, and more—while being part of a company that values curiosity, integrity, and continuous improvement.

- Set up and operate CNC routers and other equipment, including saws, drills, and compressors
- Load/unload materials, change tools, and start machine programs as needed
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow setup instructions and quality control procedures to ensure precision and accuracy
- Inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Assist with finishing tasks like deburring and preparing parts for final processing
- Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions
- Communicate clearly with team members and support overall production goals
- Provide feedback to improve efficiency, quality, and material usage
- Take on other duties as needed to support the team
- Prior CNC experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
- Comfortable using hand tools, warehouse equipment, and measuring instruments
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail
- Positive attitude, solid communication skills, and a team-player mindset
- Forklift experience is a bonus
