Monday- Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
No call responsibilities.
No weekends or Holidays.
To be considered for our position you would need to:
Have a current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and be eligible for Minnesota licensure.
New graduates will be considered.
Overall preference will be given to candidates that have personal and/or professional experience in diabetes care.Pay and Benefits
Starting pay begins at $109,990.40 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $109,990.40 - $139,880 per year
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
