We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Scheduler to join our team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have experience in the renewable energy sector and possess strong organizational and analytical skills. As a Principal Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks and opportunities for optimization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules for renewable energy projects
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedules are accurate and up-to-date
Provide regular updates on project schedules to stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiencyRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the renewable energy sector
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
