We’d love to talk to you.Responsibilities:Call Handling & SupportDeliver tech support for end-users and clientsAccurately log, categorize, and prioritize support requestsPerform remote and on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issuesEscalate complex issues to internal teams or external vendorsTeam Coordination & LeadershipMentor and guide junior techniciansLead team meetings for knowledge-sharing and task managementMaintain technical documentation and procedural guidesSupport training and onboarding of new technical staffAudit ticket completion and refine internal processesWarehouse ManagementManage and track inventory of printers, parts, and suppliesReceive, inspect, and store equipmentCoordinate vendor repairs, returns, and recycling processesEquipment Implementation & ProjectsStage and configure new equipment for deploymentCoordinate with implementations team for timely rolloutsProvide end-user training and post-installation supportSupport print-related IT projects and upgradesAdministrative & Culture EngagementModel professionalism and align with imageOne core valuesAccurately complete administrative tasks (e.g. time sheets, expenses)Stay up to date with tech certifications and best practicesFoster strong interdepartmental and customer relationshipsRequirements:5+ years in Managed Print Services preferred (or similar in a technical role working with hardware), with 2+ years in a leadership role requiredTechnical certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, OEMs (HP, Canon, Xerox, etc.)Proven hands-on technical and troubleshooting experienceExperience with ticketing and monitoring systemsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailValid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbsStrong judgment, communication, accountability, and conflict resolution skillsEnergetic, composed, encouraging team playerAdaptable and continuously seeking personal and team growthPerks of this Job:Amazing workplace cultureCompetitive salaryMedical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefitsHealth savings account and flexible spending optionsCompany-paid life insurance401k matching programPaid time off programAdditional days off: Community Service Day, Your Birthday, We Care Friday (Surprise Friday off!)Powered by JazzHR
