At EPS, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology that is shaping the future of mobility.We are currently hiring across several levels in our Manufacturing Operations team, ranging from Assembler II to Production Technician III. Placement will be determined based on skills, background, and experience. In these roles, you will work hands-on with the assembly of cables, mechanical parts, and subassemblies, supporting the manufacture of new products. You may set up and operate production equipment, including hand tools, soldering irons, drill presses, and wire processing machines. Our technicians and assemblers read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and standard operating procedures to ensure work meets quality standards. You may also be involved in supporting material flow by receiving, dispensing, and staging components, monitoring output for accuracy, and documenting production activities using written or electronic formats. Above all, you will be expected to follow established safety guidelines and work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality products on time.To succeed in one of these positions, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read and follow production documents and safety manuals. Strong attention to detail, basic math and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Comfort with computers and Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Due to federal regulations under ITAR, applicants must be U.S. Persons, meaning U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or individuals otherwise protected under U.S. law.Candidates with prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience will be given placement appropriate to their skills and years of service. Familiarity with aerospace applications, high-voltage electrical systems, machine programming, or quality inspection will be considered strong advantages.These positions require the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as well as perform repetitive motions and spend periods of time sitting, standing, or working with tools and equipment.At EPS, we believe in investing in our people.
