- Build, develop, and maintain a strong network of dealerships, financial institutions, fleet companies, and other consignors.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote auction services to meet client needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with current and prospective clients, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term relationships.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our services, tailored to client requirements.
- Resolve client concerns and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales activity reports including calls, visits, forecasts, and client feedback.
- Keep clients informed of upcoming auctions, promotions, and service enhancements.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business growth.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the automotive, auto auction, or remarketing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field; OR
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience (auto industry background strongly preferred).
- Must be willing to travel within assigned territory.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
- Competitive base salary plus commission
