- Operate a high-quality dining room.
- Oversee the daily operation of FOH staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor quality of food and service.
- Ensure restaurant meets all Health Department requirements .
- Help monitor P&L to maximize profitability.
- Hire, train and develop your team.
- Control FOH operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Collaborate with chefs and other staff to plan menus, considering potential food allergies and seasonal variations.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing the restaurant's image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- 3 year's Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
- Knowledge of common food safety practices.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
