Our client is hiring CNC Machine Operators to join their team in Milford, CT.This is a fill time, temp to hire position with opportunities for advancement!Schedule: 6:00pm-2:00am (Monday-Friday)**Training will take place on first shift**Hourly Rate: $25.00+ (DOE)CNC Machine Operator Essential Functions:
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision metal parts
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance
Collaborate with engineers and quality control to ensure specifications are met
CNC Machine Operator Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling and/or turning)
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming (a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
