We are currently looking for a Business Systems Engineer in the United States.This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize the systems that drive go-to-market operations for a high-growth tech environment. You will design, build, and scale GTM systems, integrating automation, AI, and advanced workflows to improve productivity, data quality, and decision-making across sales, revenue, and customer experience teams. The position requires a combination of deep Salesforce expertise, technical problem-solving, and a builder’s mindset. Ideal candidates will be proactive, highly collaborative, and passionate about leveraging technology to transform business processes while maintaining system integrity and compliance.AccountabilitiesAs a Business Systems Engineer, you will:

Partner with GTM leaders to translate business strategy into scalable systems and technical solutions.
Define and maintain the GTM systems architecture, ensuring integration, scalability, and data integrity.
Drive AI strategy and implement automation to enhance workflows, decision-making, and productivity.
Administer and continuously improve core GTM systems including Salesforce, Gong, Clari, CPQ, and related tools.
Build and maintain integrations with adjacent systems such as Zuora, Jira, BI tools, and AI platforms.
Develop and maintain advanced technical configurations, automation scripts, and workflow rules.
Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance, coordinating with IT and Security teams.
Create and maintain data governance frameworks and detailed system documentation.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:

6+ years of experience in business systems or GTM technology roles within high-growth SaaS.
Deep Salesforce admin expertise and relevant certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or Apex).
Experience designing, implementing, and scaling AI-driven automation and workflow solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and experience handling sensitive personal data.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
