We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality installations, exceptional customer service, and innovative climate solutions.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC VRF Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, commissioning, and servicing VRF/VRV systems, as well as a strong knowledge of HVAC best practices and safety standards.Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and commission VRF/VRV HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Perform brazing, piping, and electrical connections for HVAC equipment.
  • Test system functionality, troubleshoot, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure all work meets local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience installing HVAC systems, with a focus on VRF/VRV equipment.
  • EPA Universal Certification Required
  • Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, etc.).
  • Proficient in copper brazing, refrigerant handling, and system controls.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoor, outdoor, heights).
Preferred Skills
  • Manufacturer certifications in VRF/VRV systems.
  • OSHA 10/30 certification.
  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
