#LI-JL1QualificationsRequired:Licensed Perfusionist by the State of Illinois (IDFPR).At least 3 years of critical care and ECMO experience.Experience with both veno-arterial and veno-venous modes of ECMO support in all patient age groups (neonatal through adult).Experience with the setup, priming, and initiation of centrifugal pump based ECMO equipment.Desired:Certified Clinical Perfusionist. Demonstrated competency in critical care, interpersonal relationship skills, leadership ability, commitment to the organization and flexibility.Licensed in critical care nursing, respiratory therapy (licensed and registered), or as a certified clinical perfusionist.Experience building positive working relationships and facilitating high functioning teams.Expert in ELSO Guidelines for ECMO programs and serves as a mentor and leader for staff in meeting standards.
