HR Generalist – Benefits and Compliance

- Lead the administration of employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws
- Manage employee leaves in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Serve as a resource for HR-related questions and concerns during regular business hours
- Support employee relations and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support HR initiatives and company-wide goals
- Starting wage range is $80-100,000 a year
- Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage available on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment
- 401K match on eligible wages and available for eligible employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
- 100% contribution matching up to 4% of the employee's eligible wages.
- Location: Ferndale, WA
- 8-hour shifts - 8 am-5 pm
- Willingness and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- 7+ years of experience, Proven HR experience, ideally in a generalist or benefits/compliance-focused role
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Pre-employment drug testing required
- Criminal background check required
- Strong understanding of employment law and leave administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Flexibility to support the needs of a dynamic team
