HR Generalist – Benefits and ComplianceIMCO General ConstructionFerndale, WashingtonIMCO is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team! This role will serve as the lead HR professional in the areas of benefits administration, compliance, and leave management.   • Lead the administration of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws
  • Manage employee leaves in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Serve as a resource for HR-related questions and concerns during regular business hours
  • Support employee relations and maintain a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support HR initiatives and company-wide goals
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a great attitude, strong attention to detail, and a focus on customer service.Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting wage range is $80-100,000 a year
  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage available on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment
  • 401K match on eligible wages and available for eligible employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • 100% contribution matching up to 4% of the employee's eligible wages.
Location & commitments
  • Location: Ferndale, WA
  • 8-hour shifts - 8 am-5 pm
  • Willingness and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience, Proven HR experience, ideally in a generalist or benefits/compliance-focused role
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Pre-employment drug testing required
  • Criminal background check required
  • Strong understanding of employment law and leave administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
  • Flexibility to support the needs of a dynamic team
