The Department of Medicine at Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan is recruiting a full-time Palliative Care Physician.The existing Palliative Care team consists of a team of NPs, and it has dedicated social worker and chaplain support. The team follows a consultative model, mainly caring for inpatients. The interdisciplinary team is committed to providing exceptional patient and family centered care, educating trainees, staff and the community, and maintaining a supportive and collaborative practice environment. This position has the opportunity to take a leadership role in leading/supervising the APP team and continuing to grow the Palliative Care program in the region.Opportunity Highlights:
