- Lead and manage the new retail and pre-owned vehicle sales departments
- Set monthly and yearly sales goals and track performance metrics
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction (CSI scores)
- Implement effective lead management and CRM utilization strategies
- Collaborate with F&I, service, and parts departments to optimize the guest journey
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal vehicle mix
- Create and execute sales promotions and advertising strategies in partnership with marketing
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- 3+ years of experience in automotive sales management (GSM or Sales Manager level)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive CRM systems
- Solid understanding of inventory management and pricing strategies
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
