- Have a thorough understanding of Astute Technology Management's ideal customer profile, messaging, and service offerings.
- Have a thorough understanding of the systems and tools necessary to connect with prospective clients.
- Research prospective clients in target market segments.
- Develop relationships with key contacts at prospective clients.
- Track all aspects of the sales process for prospects in a system.
- Set introductory meetings for Business Development Managers (BDM) and work to ensure the prospect attends the call.
- Consistently meet goals for introductory meetings for Business Development Managers (BDM).
- Understand how to create opportunities through different channels of outreach including: cold calling, email, social, in-person events, etc.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals for activities (calls per day, conversations per day, introductory meetings, etc.).
- College Degree
