  • Handles daily analysis of group revenue contracted by individual sales numbers by reading sales contracts and making an Excel spreadsheet that details rooms/suites, revenue, rebates, commissions, concessions and other details that impact the revenue generated from each
contract. * Reviews each Definite Contract’s contracted meeting space to make sure it matches the space held in Delphi and that the space held adheres to our space blocking rules.
  • Researches and inputs the actual pickup (rooms and revenue) of each group after the group has checked out.
  • Prepares over 50+ detailed Excel reports for the Sales & Marketing Team
  • Works with Accounting to accurately record cancellation and attrition monies collected.
  • Meet deadlines and complete task in a timely manner.
  • Ability to create reports in Delphi and Excel. Ability to review existing reports and determine if reports are complete and accurate.
  • Reviews customer accounts and bookings using Delphi software system.
  • Sets up new users in Delphi and ensures that new users have completed the appropriate CBT.
  • Manages the Unifocus Client Survey program by distributing the list of eligible surveys, making changes that are requested and interfaces with Unifocus as needed to distribute the surveys
  • Properly files paperwork.
  • Responds to email and voicemail daily.
  • Maintain a good relationship with the sales managers and able to answer production questions.
  • Assists with any other duties as required by supervisors.
  • Update SOPs in place when changes are made.
  • Monthly, Quarterly & Annual tracking and execution of the Sales Incentive Plan.
  • Runs reports & gathers historical information for the Executive Director of Sales & VP of Sales & Marketing to create and review sales goals.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • High school diploma or GED. Two years’ experience and/or training doing the same or similar type work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Specifically, an advanced knowledge of utilizing Excel
  • Experience using Salesforce (Delphi) in any capacity is preferred but not a requirement
  • Must be highly organized and meticulous with detail
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
  • Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that is primarily indoors and outdoors at times.
