- Mastery of Sr. level duties and responsibilities.
- Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.
- Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
- Establishes pricing strategies.
- Works with Product Development, Product Management and Sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
- Plans and develops strategies for sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows, or user meetings.
- Brings innovation, emerging technology, and industry specific functionality to the product in accordance with outside trends, customer feedback, and knowledge of the product/industry.
- Becomes an evangelist for Epicor on inside and outside events.
- Regularly engages with key strategic senior leadership within the organization.
- Responsible for managing a product portfolio (cross-platform products).
