  • Operate various types of heavy equipment to accomplish the required tasks in a safe, environmentally sound, and fiscally responsible manner.
  • Operate one of many types of heavy equipment including but not limited to wheeled bulldozers, front-end loaders, haul trucks, and water wagons.
  • Responsible for housekeeping, environmental compliance, reporting any problems that are observed, training new or transferred employees, and assisting other mining personnel/groups as required by management.
What you will bring:
  • Verifiable Heavy equipment experience running a bulldozer, haul truck, and front-end loader as well as a field test.
  • Valid Driver's license for operating company vehicles
  • Steady employment history
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
Testing Requirements for Hourly Applicants
  • All hourly applicants must complete the Florida Ready to Work or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) assessment. A minimum score of 3 in Math, 3 in Reading, and 3 in Data is required to be considered eligible for employment with Nutrien.
  • Applicants must also complete the Florida Ready to Work Soft Skills Assessment and achieve a “Passed” status.
  • Both certificates (Florida Ready to Work or NCRC and Soft Skills) must be uploaded along with your resume when submitting your application.
  • These assessments are offered at no cost at any CareerSource office.
