- Assist customers, service advisors, and technicians with accurate parts identification and ordering.
- Provide expert recommendations on OEM and aftermarket parts for Cadillac & KIA vehicles.
- Process orders efficiently using our dealership management system (DMS).
- Maintain organized inventory, stock shelves, and perform cycle counts.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a seamless parts experience.
- Support the parts department with shipping, receiving, and warranty processing.

- 1+ year of parts experience (dealership, retail, or wholesale preferred).
- Automotive knowledge (Cadillac/KIA a plus, but we'll train the right person!).
- Strong customer service & communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK experience helpful).
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
