The Uniform Room Clerk will be assisting employees with their uniforms, getting the right fit and facilitating alterations, repairs and laundering.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Responsible for distribution and collection of all staff uniforms
  • Cleaning, drying of certain garments in in-house laundry facility
  • Organizing uniform garments as directed by the Uniform Room Supervisor
  • Maintaining records of uniform issuance and cleaning
  • Preparation of employee name tags
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to perform some clerical duties and have computer skills
  • Must be able to clearly speak and understand English
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must be able to learn to operate automated nameplate engraving machine
  • Ability to operate commercial washer/dryer
  • Basic sewing machine skills preferred not required
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees.   • Must be able to climb ladders to reach high-hanging garments
  • Must be able to lift approx. 25 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of a shift
