Hybrid position in the Akron area, WFH Monday and Friday!
$105K-$110K, plus 7.5% annual bonus opportunity
What You'll DoLead and mentor the AP team in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentManage invoice processing, payroll, and vendor payment cyclesHandle vendor onboarding, relationships, and dispute resolutionOversee month-end close tasks, reconciliations, and accrualsDevelop and enforce AP policies, procedures, and internal controlsSupport audits and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, and TreasuryEnhance AP systems and leverage automation for efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years AP experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial roleStrong GAAP knowledge and AP best practices expertiseExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented, with the ability to thrive under deadlinesApply now or send your resume to Abbie at ariehl@staffsol.com to join a collaborative team where your expertise will shape efficient, compliant, and innovative AP operations.
