• Oversee daily operations of restaurants and premium areas, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality food, beverage, service, safety, and sanitation standards
• Lead and develop team members through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and accountability practices to foster growth and operational excellence
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control efforts for food and beverage, including menu planning and design in collaboration with chefs, managers, and clients
• Maintain strong client and guest relations by responding to requests, facilitating special projects, and ensuring consistent service standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and alcohol regulations, while driving innovation through new procedures that elevate service

• Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality management, or related field highly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment
• Multi-unit experience, preferred
• At least two years of previous experience managing service personnel required
• Experience in effectively leading a team is required
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Alcohol certifications
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
