- Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies, including the Force.com Platform.
- Guide application and integration development best practices, platform architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education.
- Review/Create application and technical design documents that leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into our infrastructure.
- Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep projects on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward.
- Identify and proactively manage potential risks.
- Experience defining and delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications in a technical and/or functional leadership role.
- Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies and master data management.
- Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: development and release management strategies, change management.
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using continuous integration tools (preferably Jenkins).
- Experience delivering Lightning Web Components.
- Ability to perform backend data integration, such as HTTP, Web Services.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer.
- Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, web services (SOAP or REST), Visualforce/APEX, JSON, JavaScript and XML.
- Development experience with Sales Cloud, as well as Community Cloud and SSO.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Information Science, or other Information Technology major, or equivalent work experience.
