Looking for an experienced Sr. Project MAnager to manage complex ground up construction projects around Greater Boston area. Looking for individuals to help expand life sciences portfolio. Great opportunity as this role can lead into a Project Executive position.The Sr. Project Manager will:
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external clients, adopting a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Gather client feedback regularly and implement improvements to enhance project delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and external factors that may impact the business or client needs, ensuring the team adapts to changing circumstances.
  • Oversee the initiation and start-up of projects, collaborating with Project Managers (PMs) to define roles and responsibilities for the project team
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Work closely with the Director of Field Operations to ensure project teams meet objectives and milestones.
  • Regularly monitor client meetings to address concerns around budget, schedule, and progress.
  • Supervise PM performance, especially in subcontractor/vendor scope review, buyout, and awarding contracts. Ensure proper management of the change order process, including estimating, reporting, and contingency managemen
  • Review and approve all monthly client requisitions, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
  • Ensure PMs effectively manage accounts payable and receivable for each project, stepping in as the point of esc
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and engineers to generate new business opportunities and support lead acquisition.
  • Continue to nurture existing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to drive growth and repeat business.
  • Oversee the pre-construction and estimating phases to ensure alignment with business development goals.

  • 10+ years years of Lead Superintendent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
  • Project experience: large, ground up construction and/or life science experience required
  • Experience working locally around Boston preferred
  • Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
  • Strong background in project financial management, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in project estimating, project delivery methods, and schedule management to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
