Job DescriptionAramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Plant & Operations Maintenance Manager to join their team at Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA. The POM Maintenance Manager will help administer and direct all activities, ensuring compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client. The POM Maintenance Manager will focus on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer needs, and delivering the services Aramark is contracted to provide. Additional responsibilities will establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to plant operations maintenance (POM) management.COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. ? Assists with managing labor costs, supply costs and inventories
? Maintain and use capital equipment efficiently
? Ensures compliance with all contract obligations
? Supports the effective implementation of the comprehensive Safety Plan and helps with driving full compliance of all safety rules, guidelines and protocols
? May conduct operational audits and helping to ensure a high level of execution and compliance
? Drive operational efficiencies, labor/scheduling productivity
? Supports compliance with Aramark Facilities Services and regulatory agency standards and programs and translating corporate strategy into front line operational tactics and will ensure compliance with all government, local and other safety regulations
? Establishes and maintains effective communications and business relationships
? Supports the operation by using Aramark tools such as WebTMA
? Ensures consistent application and regular use of all ISIS Pro modules to properly manage the operation
? Ensures compliance with all contract obligations
? Supports the development and growth of hourly associates
? May lead the development of the hourly team ensuring high performance, optimal staffing and employee engagement
? Responsible for the training, development and performance management of hourly associates as neededAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.   • 8-10 years of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 5 years of it being in Healthcare
  • Have the CHFM credential or be qualified to test for it within 12 months
  • LEED certification a plus
  • Proven leadership in managing large teams and complex infrastructure
  • Knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, DNV or TJC, and CMS regulations
  • Strong understanding of maintenance budgeting and capital planning principles
  • Requires a Bachelor Degree in engineering, healthcare administration, business or a related field
  • Facilities Management Certification such as Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Requires working knowledge of facility related equipment such as boilers, chillers, generators and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC/R) systems
  • Demonstrate proven success in interfacing with a variety of organizational functions
  • Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services
  • Ability to drive a positive work environment and utilize effective communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Requires strong interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to lead directly and through influence
