
Engineer III/Sr/Staff (Project Execution - Power Innovation)

- Designs and integrates generation, controls, and medium/high‑voltage systems for BTM power plants
- Produces engineering deliverables, including calculations, one‑lines, protection settings, P&IDs, specifications, and IFC packages
- Plans and supports testing and commissioning, analyzes results, and closes punch items to meet start‑up targets
- Anticipates stakeholder needs, frames requirements, and recommends options with clear trade‑offs
- Improves products and processes by interpreting business and technical constraints and applying lessons learned
- Collaborates with Operations, Safety, and Project Controls to maintain compliance and targeted training plans
- Champions procedures and safety standards in design reviews, vendor meetings, and field activities
- Tracks cost and schedule for assigned engineering scopes and manages vendor deliverables and resources
- Prepares and delivers clear technical presentations to leaders, partners, and clients
- May supervise the work of others on specific tasks or work packages

- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum four (4) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and minimum seven (7) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE Certification
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
- Proficiency in engineering specialties covering more than one subject area
- Preferred: Project Management experience
