- Willing to work with children with diagnoses such as Autism and who may display challenging behaviors
- Willing to implement behavior support plans targeting behavior reduction.
- Teach self-help skills, self advocacy skills, and social skills.
- Ability to accept feedback while receiving daily coaching, clinical supervision, and employment supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through in person observation and via the camera monitoring system.
- Collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan.

- Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool/Infant Teacher, Montessori Guide, Tutor, Substitute Teacher
- Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Behavioral Health Technicians
- Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher
- Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology degree (a college degree in any field preferred)
- Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, Life Skills Assistant
- Pay range of $16-$20/hour
