Support manufacturing regarding filling/stocking component inventory and SAP transactions as needed. Maintain warehouse to assure efficient logistics. Responsible for and oversees receiving all incoming packages, shipping all products and performing periodic cycle counts.Area of Responsibility:Support all material requirements by different functional groups and customersPick, pack, and ship orders on a daily basis using SAP system to support customer requirements as well as meet company cost objectivesCreate required paperwork and ship product to internal and external partnersStock and stage warehouse for delivery of incoming materials using SAP systemIssue requested material and components to manufacturing and packagingAssist Material department as required in the expediting and rescheduling of material to meet or exceed company goals and objectivesPerform periodic counts on finished goods inventory and work to resolve any inventory discrepanciesReceive and log into SAP all incoming materials/product/deliveriesExecutes Good Receipts transactions for goods and services in SAPPerforms data entry or paperwork to record inventory levels or shipping/receiving activityDistribute incoming materials to the appropriate department as requiredFollow ISO, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) proceduresMaintain accurate records of Finished and Raw Material InventoryPackage product for shippingPublish Finished Goods Inventory reportsAssist with loading or unloading materials/packagesOperate forklift and other equipment with strong attentiveness to safety requirementsPerform warehouse housekeeping duties of designated areasFill/stock production material for manufacturing as requiredOther duties as assignedJob Qualifications and Experience:High School diploma, GED or equivalent requiredExperience performing physical inventories and cycle configurationBasic computer skillsAbility to use a motorized fork truckCurrent Driver's License and good driving record requiredExhibit a high level of integrity and honestyMinimum of 1-2 years of related experience preferred.Basic reading, writing and math skillsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work independently as well as with a teamMS word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint experienceActual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan, and may be eligible for the Long Term Incentive Plan.
