DescriptionPosition at JBS USAWe have an opportunity for you on our 1st shift production at JBS Prepared Foods in Council Bluffs, IA.Wages starting at $20.10 per hour with great benefits!- BONUS pay of $1 for every hour worked for perfect attendance each pay period!
- $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift
- Weekly pay (Every Friday)
- 10 days of paid vacation after just 1 year

  • Manufacture product consistent with product specifications for the assigned work area.
  • Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
  • Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
  • Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed
Work Environment / Physical Demands
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
  • Ability to work multiple shifts when needed
  • Ability to work overtime as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
  • Must be able to communicate and read in English
Experience / Work History
  • Prefer previous manufacturing experience
  • Prefer previous machine operating experience
