PAY RATE: $22/hourWe are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.Job Details:Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM ESTIndustry: Aerospace / Defense / AviationBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplierOpenings Nationwide: Thousands of opportunities across the U.S.Qualifying Questions:Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?Summary:Support missile production by performing a range of electro-mechanical assembly tasks.Responsibilities include both repetitive and complex production assembly of modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.Wiring subassemblies, performing skilled soldering, and building precision electro-mechanical components.Work from diagrams, drawings, schematics, and operation sheets.Assemble and install complex harnesses and componentsTerminate and wire electro-mechanical subassembliesPerform detailed soldering on micro and sub-miniature componentsOperate equipment such as laser wire strippers and coax wire processing toolsSupport the manufacturing of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assembliesRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in electro-mechanical assembly of modules, panels, frames, and cablesSkilled in wiring subassemblies and performing soldering operationsFamiliarity with harness, circuit card, and component assemblyMust be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).About Us:The Structures Company is a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
