- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributor sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Be a connector—work with distributor sales reps for events, samplings, and cross-promotions.
- Sales Development:
- Secure new accounts across retail and on-premise channels, with a special focus on restaurants, bars, event venues, and hotels.
- Lead the charge in expanding Cornbread Hemp's footprint by bringing our new THC beverage to life in the Indianapolis, Indiana market.
- Drive revenue by achieving ambitious sales targets and exceeding goals.
- Market Execution & Brand Visibility:
- Plan and execute high-impact demos to create excitement and brand awareness for our new product.
- Maintain consistent brand standards and ensure our THC beverage is front and center at all accounts.
- Act as the face of Cornbread Hemp in Indianapolis, Indiana —your energy and passion will be contagious!
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Stay on top of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt strategies and keep Cornbread Hemp ahead of the curve.
- Provide actionable insights and regular updates on sales performance and opportunities.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales, account management, or market management, preferably within the beverage, hospitality, or CPG industries.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Indianapolis, Indiana 's beverage market, especially in the hospitality and on-premise sectors.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends for events and demos.
- Physical Requirements: A valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required. Occasional heavy lifting will also be necessary to ensure product delivery and setup.
