- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 36 (full-time)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,180 - $2,290
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday
- Scrub Color: Steel Grey
- Start Date: September 15, 2025
- Time Off: Maximum 3 days off during assignment
- Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience (within the last 6 months)
- Active New Jersey or Compact RN License (no pending licenses)
- Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications (valid for at least 30 days beyond start date)
- Ability to complete full orientation as scheduled (no rescheduling allowed)
- Deliver compassionate, skilled care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases
- Monitor maternal and fetal health, respond to obstetric emergencies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications, assist with labor and delivery procedures, and ensure accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and newborn care best practices
- Participate in required orientation (virtual and in-person) and obtain hospital ID badge
