- Track, analyze, and update space data to develop scenario and occupancy plans for client portfolios
- Pull plans from space data management systems and analyze space utilization data
- Understand space allocation principles and maximize space efficiency
- Develop space planning and block diagrams to support client needs
- Provide key data points for presentations and outline pros & cons between options
- Foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations
- Work with Facilities Managers and Project Managers on projects related to moves, space audits, occupancy, vacancy, and change management
- Coordinate large, multi-phase relocations/restacks
- Ensure accurate reporting using IWMS tools
- Collaborate with project and construction teams on large facility projects
- Present utilization data in clear, meaningful formats
- Reconcile discrepancies from top-down projections
- Track and report actual seat demand at group level
- Identify proactive needs and troubleshoot deficiencies
- Contribute strategic planning ideas to resolve campus/building-specific forecasts and issues
- 1-2+ years of work experience in facilities, space planning, occupancy management, or CAD/CAFM related roles
- Experience with interior office renovations is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles and trends such as mobile or collaborative workplace
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations)
- Strong PowerPoint skills for data and floor plan presentations
- AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS system experience highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive-level clients
- Critical thinking and data storytelling capabilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy, particularly with numbers and spatial creativity
- Strategic thinking with ability to simplify complex concepts
