The team enables all ~50,000 Capital One associates by delivering innovative technologies and customer-backed solutions. Our Chief of Staff team partners across teams and our executive leadership team, as well as internal partners such as Communications, HR, Finance, Workplace Solutions, Enterprise Supplier Management, to enable our collective organizational goals and enable our team of Tech associates.Our team is looking for someone to help transform our labor strategy practices to proactively and sustainably align talent and teams to successfully deliver towards our organizational vision. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric, data-driven and strategic mindset to bring our strategy to life by establishing and enhancing our services and fostering an insight-driven engagement model with our customers and partners.General Responsibilities:Influence and bring to life the labor strategy and principles within AXT, partnering closely with leaders and key stakeholders (e.g. Chiefs of Staff, Finance, Human Resource Business Partners, Enterprise Tech Labor Strategy, Talent Acquisition) to do soDevelop and enhance the suite of customer-backed labor strategy products and services for the AXT organizationBuild and champion well-managed frameworks that ensures labor strategy is tightly aligned with the overall organizational strategyLead change management and communications that are part of rolling out new labor strategy practices across the organizationOwn and report out labor strategy KPIs to ensure we have clear progress of our strategies and can take action as neededDemonstrate a proven track record of solving complex problems, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic environmentBuild relationships, influence and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive meaningful impact and resultsCustomer focus, able to apply working backwards approaches to delivering valuable labor strategy products and servicesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Military experienceAt least 6 Years of Project or Program Management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Masters / MBA degree3+ years of labor strategy experience3+ years in communicating and collaborating with multiple partner groups2+ years of experience working on high level projects partnering with Senior Leadership2+ years of experience in change management2+ years of experience working on a Chief of Staff or Top of House teamAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
