- Provide individual clinical reflective supervision to psychotherapists and psychotherapy interns.
- Facilitate group and/or team clinical supervision, including clinical education presentations and trainings.
- Continue to evolve as a clinician, supervisor, and leader, staying informed of best practices, trends in mental health and wellness, and training/education opportunities.
- Manage intake process including scheduling intake assessments, provider assignments, and support with appropriate referrals.
- Rotating on call responsibilities.
- Engage in program evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Participate in network meetings as appropriate.
- Participate in QI initiatives as assigned.
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy and mental health supports in a manner that reflects team-based collaborative interdisciplinary care.
- Complete clinical documentation (i.e. assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge plans) according to OMH regulations, guidance, and standards of care.
- Contribute to risk identification and management, including both direct and indirect interventions, consultations, advisement, follow-up, and case conferences.
- Facilitate and/or co-facilitate clinical team meetings for care planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to clinical care and education/training.
- New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker with passion and proven clinical skills providing individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy.
- At least five years of experience in an Outpatient Mental Health or similar setting.
- Extensive understanding of the range of mental health challenges, needs, strengths, and developmental stages.
- Knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based practices (i.e. Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Trauma-Informed Care.)
- At least two years of experience providing supervision.
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking highly preferred.
