Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000 plus bonus potential. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.Why Join Us:

- Develop and implement strategic catering and conference services plans to maximize event revenue for both resorts.
- Lead and mentor the catering sales and conference services teams, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
- Drive catering sales through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and securing group and social events.
- Oversee the planning and execution of meetings, weddings, banquets, and corporate events, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Collaborate with the sales, culinary, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for VIP and high-profile events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to position the resorts as premier event destinations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food and beverage standards.
- Develop pricing strategies, catering menus, and promotional packages in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Prepare financial forecasts and performance reports, presenting key insights to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
- Represent the resorts at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote catering and conference services.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in catering sales and conference services, with at least 3 years as in a Director role.
- Proven track record of driving catering and event revenue in a luxury or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of catering sales, event planning, and banquet operations.
- Proficiency in CRM, catering, and event management software (e.g., Delphi/Salesforce, Opera, Social Tables, Profitsword).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events and clients simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
