This Manufacturing Engineer drives continuous improvement initiatives by developing and optimizing manufacturing processes using lean methodologies. It involves hands on problem solving, supporting production teams, and collaborating across departments to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety.This Manufacturing Engineer will report into the Logistics/Continuous Improvement Manager and will:
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes to support new products.
  • Review part prints and design for manufacturability.
  • Conduct cost and ROI analyses for supplier decisions.
  • Standardize processes and create documentation (SOPs, PFMEAs, control plans).
  • Collaborate with Quality and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Train production staff on troubleshooting and equipment use.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate equipment changes with maintenance and engineering.
  • Support daily operations to meet KPIs and standardize production.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and GD&T.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Experience training and supporting production teams.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
